Kenji

Hello! I’m Kenji and I grew up in Tokyo. My first time abroad was in Australia, where I did a homestay and went to school for two weeks. The stay was absolutely mind-blowing and it introduced me to a whole new world. During my college years, I participated in a summer program at Oxford University and studied in Pennsylvania for a year. One of my long term goals is acquiring as many languages out there as possible, and I’m currently studying Spanish, Italian and French!
Learning a new language is a long journey to take, but I’ll try my best to help you go the distance — how many Disney-song titles did you find in my bio by the way?

Mizuki

My name is Mizuki and I am from Perth, Australia. I came to Japan 3 years ago but have been travelling to and from Japan from a young age due to having family here.

Having been raised in Australia, English is my first language but I grew up speaking Japanese at home with my parents. Speaking is my strong point but I have had to make my own effort to study the written side of Japanese, especially kanji.

I am also studying French at the moment so I can understand how difficult it is to study a language. Let’s have fun learning together
